- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★This is a great welcome center for a great park. There's bathrooms and vending machines next to the parking lot. Then you head over to the visitor center and there's an info center, more bathrooms, an art gallery and a nice large map of the park. Picnic tables are around too. Parking cost around $6 dollars. You just park, pay at the machine, put the ticket in your window and then you're off hiking. Less than an hour's drive from NYC too.
